Ramada Plaza is proud to offer Meeting and Banquet space for groups of 10 to 175 guests.  This beautiful space consists of 3 separate rooms, total combined meeting space of 2710 sq. ft. that would fit up to 175 guests comfortably. Additional Pre-function Circulation of 1700 sq. ft., Pre-function seating of 210 sq. ft.

Choose from one to all three connecting meeting rooms to fit your group’s size and needs. The rooms are beautiful and elegantly decorated in a contemporary design. You may accommodate from groups of 10 up to 150 guest.

Select from U-Shape, Conference, and Classroom style or customize your design. We provide A/V equipment which includes projector screen, adjustable light and audio settings, microphones (lapel / hand-held), and a wall-mounted PC docking port for audio/visual needs. Property provides Wi-Fi internet access and customized or packaged catering option for food and beverage.

  • Hotel provides event setup which includes placement of tables, chairs (table cloths optional) and a podium.
  • You will be permitted to enter the room one hour before the scheduled time for personalized setup. You will also have an additional hour after the event to clean up (additional cleaning charges may apply).

Meeting Room Configurations

We have 4 different seating styles; Banquet, Conference, Classroom, or U-Shape configurations. However, if you need a different customized set up please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

A – Reception/Banquet Hall Configuration – with Dance Floor

  • Approx. 112 people using 14 round tables that seat 8 each
  • Dance Floor dimensions 12×12 – (needs to be rented from an outside vendor)
  • Approx. 136 people using 17 rounds and removing the dance floor seating tables of 8
