Do you require a hotel deposit at the time of check in?
Yes, The hotel requires an incidental deposit at the time of check-in. There is a $250.00 incidental authorization that will be taken at the time of check-in and the only form of payment taken will be either Credit or Debit Card. No Cash will be accepted.

 

A valid credit or debit card must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.  At check-in, we use chip and pin technology and do not accept credit card transactions via magnetic strip swipe.

Ramada Plaza Resort and Suites By Wyndham reserves the right to pre-authorize and/or charge a credit or debit card prior to arrival to ensure the card’s validity.

Upon check-in, an authorization will be obtained for the duration of the stay to include a $250 incidental authorization.  Any unused authorization to the credit or debit card will be released upon check-out however it may take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution.

Do local guests require a deposit at the time of check in?
Yes, local guests residing within 35 miles of the property (including Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties), are required to have an additional deposit of $250.00 (for a total of $500) authorized on their credit/debit card and will be refused without deposit.  (No Cash will be Accepted)  This deposit will be released after stay is complete. To check into the hotel, you must be at least 25 years of age. In addition, your credit card must have a chip with registrant name. Registrant name must match a state issued picture ID. If you need to cancel your stay because of this, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival or speak to the hotel. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
What are the Club Access benefits?
Club Level guests enjoy exclusive access to the skybar/rooftop terrace, beautiful views, gym access, sundeck access, swimming pool, spa and bar amenities. Club Level guests also receive complimentary unlimited soda, beer and wine from 12 noon – 8:00pm and warm snacks from 5:00pm – 6:30pm. ONLY Suite guests can purchase Club Day Access passes for $25.00 plus taxes per person to gain access. Sorry, standard rooms guests do not have this option as this only apply for suites guests only. Passes can be purchased 24 hours prior to the day of use and is subject to availability.

How far is the airport from the hotel?
The hotel is approximately 10 miles away from the Orlando International Airport(MCO).  Taxi or shuttle can be taken to the hotel with approximately 30 minutes (with no traffic).
How close is the hotel to major attractions?

Is smoking permitted at the hotel?
No, our property is a 100% smoke-free hotel. However, there are designated smoking areas outside the hotel. E-cigarettes are not permitted in the premises. There will be a smoking fee of $350.00 if smoking in non designated areas of the hotel.
Is transportation available to and from Orlando International Airport?
We do not offer complimentary transportation to and from the airport. However, we will gladly assist you in the arrangement of taxi or shuttle service to the airport for a nominal fee. You will need to make your own transportation arrangements from the airport to the hotel either through Uber, Lyft or taxi.
Do you offer shuttle transportation to attractions?
We offer daily complimentary shuttle transportation to and from Magic Kingdom, Universal Orlando and Epcot.
Are there any ATM machines in the hotel?
Yes. There is an ATM machine located in the lobby of the hotel. (Transactions subject to a nominal fee)
Does the hotel offer luggage storage?
Yes. The hotel offers same day of check in only or check out day only complimentary. We do offer additional day storage at $25.00 per day per bag.  Bag should not be larger than 35 inches by 30 inches by 17 inches.  All additional day storage must be arranged on the day of check out and paid for in advance. In the event if luggage is left for any additional day without notifying the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of any luggage that is not claimed by guest and/or left overnight. Note the following baggage storage arrangement is applied per hotel stay and cannot be combined with another future stay. Hotel reserves the right to deny storage based on availability. Please note: storage space is based on space availability only, as we have limited space. (First come first serve basis). Hotel is not responsible for any lost or missing items.
Are safes available in-room?
Safes are available in all rooms for a minimal fee of $2.13 per day.
Can I send or receive merchandise to my hotel room?
Yes. Guests at the Ramada Resort can send and receive packages. There is a $10.00 handling fee for each package under dimension of
21″ (L) X 15″ (W) X 16″ (H) (measured in inches) and a weight limit of 20 lbs. ( measured in pounds) or less being sent or received from the hotel. This price is subject to change at any time.
  • Weight limit is 20 pounds for $10.00.  Packages over 20 lbs. are NOT ACCEPTED. (Price subject to change without notice).
  • Hotel will accept guest packages up to a week prior to the guest arrival date.  However, packages will not be accepted post check-out.
  • All packages received must have a tracking number and guest name on label.
  • The guest will need to provide tracking number to hotel as verification along with valid ID.
  • We do not refuse packages nor return packages on guests behalf.
  • We do not ship or make returns for guests. Guests need to make their own arrangements.
  • To retrieve the package, guests must bring the name listed on package and tracking number.
  • Payment is due at the time that guest retrieve the package.

Are pets permitted in the hotel?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the hotel except for service animals with proper credentials. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act, therefore, they are not permitted at the hotel. (Pet fee applies of $350.00).
Does the hotel offer non-smoking or ADA-compliant rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking and yes our hotel offers ADA rooms. (ADA rooms are subject to availability)
Do you have rooms with refrigerators or microwaves?
Yes, all of our rooms and suites include free in room microwave and refrigerators. In addition we offer iron, ironing-board, hairdryer and radio alarm clock. In room coffee maker is available upon request.
Does the hotel provide parking?
Yes, onsite self-parking is available to all guests free of charge.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, the hotel offers self-serve laundry facilities in designated areas subject to a nominal fee. Dry cleaning services are also available for a fee. Please contact our front desk for assistance. (Fee applies)
Does the hotel offer business services?
A business center in the lobby area is available with a complimentary computer workstation.  Stay connected, check your e-mails or print your boarding pass.
Does the hotel offer WI-FI?
WI-FI is available free of charge in all guestrooms and throughout the hotel. Log in and password will be provided at check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are subject to a one night plus applicable tax fee. If your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE a full payment will be charged of total reservation for any cancellation.
How do I guarantee my reservation?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. One night room and tax will be authorized to your credit card up to 30 days prior to your arrival. Keep in mind that we do NOT charge your credit card, we only authorize the first night room and tax up to 30 days prior to arrival.
What credit cards or currency is accepted?
The hotel currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club International. (Cash payment is not accepted)
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available at 4:00p.m. and check-out is by 11:00a.m. Early check in and late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. (Late check out fee applies)
Are connecting rooms available?
Connecting rooms are available but subject to availability.
What is the maximum capacity to a room?
King Standard rooms are limited to 2 guests. King Suite rooms limited to 3 guests. Queen Standard rooms to 4 guests, and Queen Suites for up to 5 guests.
What are the breakfast hours?
Guest staying in the North Tower (Luxury and Club Level Suites) – 6:30am – 9:30am. Guests staying in the South Tower (Standard Rooms) – 6:30am – 9:30am.
What are the pool hours?
Pool hours are from sunrise to sunset daily.
Do you provide pool towels?
Yes, we do. All towels are located in the pool area.
Is there a fitness room in the hotel?
Yes, for Club Access members only.  All other guests, staying in the NORTH tower, must pay $25.00 plus taxes per person per day to gain access to the fitness room.
